Flowers already owned Crump Insurance Services and is in the process of combining the BISYS Commercial operations with legacy Crump operations to make up a greatly expanded company. Along with BISYS Commercial, J.C. Flowers purchased BISYS’ Retirement (now Ascensus) and Life Insurance Services operations. Together, we make up the nation’s largest insurance wholesaler and a leading provider of retirement plan infrastructure.
